These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 99xo platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
99xo is a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming platform. We follow SSL encryption and fair play policies. Our services are only for adults aged 21 or above who are located in Bangladesh.
Account Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the services on the 99xo platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. If a minor creates an account or attempts to do so, we reserve the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any deposited funds. By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
1.2 Single Account
Each person may only open one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts (using the same name, address, email, device, or payment method), those will be considered duplicate accounts. In such cases, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be voided.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If your information changes, you are required to notify our support team promptly.
1.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
We may request identity verification from you at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested.
Account Security & Responsibility
2.1 Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password or login information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your 99xo account is strictly personal. Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Account sharing or management by a third party is not allowed.
2.3 In Case of Technical Issues
If a system error or technical issue results in incorrect outcomes or changes to funds, 99xo reserves the right to restore the correct data. In such situations, the technical logs will be treated as the final evidence.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the 99xo platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits via any other method are not supported.

3.2 Deposit Process
The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If you experience a technical issue during a deposit, contact support and keep proof of the transaction.
3.3 Withdrawal Process
A minimum of ৳800 is required for a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same account verification required). Identity verification may be required during the withdrawal process.
3.4 Source of Funds
You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source and are not connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity. 99xo reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions and may suspend the account if necessary.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 99xo will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the total balance. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers are applicable only once per eligible account.
- Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
- 99xo reserves the right to modify bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
4.4 Other Promotions
Special promotions or offers may be provided from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the promotion page. In case of conflict with these Terms, the specific terms of the promotion will take precedence.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
99xo is a fair play platform. No player may use software, robots, bots, or automated systems to play games. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Sports Betting
When participating in sports betting, make sure you understand the betting terms and market rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (except in the case of a system error). If a match is cancelled or does not take place, the bet amount will be refunded.
5.3 Casino Games
All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own payout rate and rules. Please read the game rules before starting to play.
5.4 Betting Limits
Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed on the game page. 99xo reserves the right to change betting limits at any time to ensure safe gaming.
VIP Program Terms
6.1 VIP Tiers
The 99xo VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
6.2 Earning & Maintaining Tiers
Higher VIP tiers can be reached gradually through regular and active play. Extended inactivity may result in a tier reduction. 99xo reserves the right to withdraw or modify VIP benefits.
6.3 Cashback Payments
Cashback is paid weekly based on net losses. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback, and these will be clearly stated with each offer.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of winnings:
- Playing games using automated software or bots.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other cyberattack.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other players or staff.
- Using a false identity or documents to verify an account.
- Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by 99xo
99xo reserves the right to permanently or temporarily close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Extended account inactivity.
- Legal obligations or government directives.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed (subject to bonus terms).
8.3 Inactive Accounts
A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. We will notify you before making any changes to the balance of an inactive account.
